Parish Pastoral Council



Our Parish Council Members are parishioners selected to work with the pastor to ensure the Parish is working effectively. 
Current Council Members:

Mark Dodds, Marnie Homewood Julie-Ann Ishikawa, Ken Jackson, Claudia Pickstone, and Flo Schreiner.

Finance Committee
The Finance Committee oversees the Parish finances and make recommendations to Parish Council and  prepares the annual budget.

Children's Liturgy / Catechism
 A special Children's Liturgy is offered at the 10:00 a.m. Mass on Sundays. Just before the readings commence, all children ages 3-10 are invited to join the teacher for a lively and engaging lesson based on the day's Gospel. They return to their families in time for the Liturgy of the Eucharist.
We also offer Catechism classes to children in Grades One through high school. for more information, please contact the parish office.

  Sunday Coffee and Fellowship
 Please join us downstairs for coffee and refreshments after the 10:00 a.m. Sunday Mass.
 Social events for families are organized for the second Saturday of every month beginning at 12:30 pm. Please contact parish office for more information.

Our Lady of Grace also has its own youth oriented YouTube Channel: 
 Altar Servers
Catholic youth, who have received First Eucharist, are welcome to train as altar servers. 

RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults)
If you've been away from the Church, are interested in becoming a Catholic, or simply desire an adult understanding of your faith, please contact the parish office at: 250-537-2150 

 Catholic Women's League of Canada
The Catholic Women's League of Canada is a national organization rooted in gospel values calling its members to holiness through service to the people of God. Our members serve in various parish ministries and committees as well as the community.

 Participate in your Mass!
We are happy to welcome greeters, choir members, musicians and families to help with the offertory.
 There are plenty of opportunities to get involved:
